Remmer's Sleep Recorder The Remmers Sleep Recorder is an ambulatory sleep recorder designed for unattended sleep studies in the home environment. In contrast to the pulse oximeter, the Sleep Recorder measures up to 10 diagnostic indicators of sleep apnea, including respiratory airflow and effort, arterial O2, snoring sound, body position and EMGs. The Remmers Sleep Recorder is convenient and easy to use; the client attaches the necessary probes so that no technician or specialist need be present. The Remmers Sleep Recorder is clinically validated (compared with the polysomnogram) and has been approved for use in Canada and the USA.
