Randy Larson, Chairman & CEO
Mr. Larson is a local entrepreneur who became very interested in the sleep therapy business when he found out that he had obstructive sleep apnea. Mr. Larson is a seasoned executive, having been the President of several successful concerns, including a private investment banking house, a bottled water company, and an internet services company. He brings a wealth of marketing, financial, legal, and strategic planning skills to the company.

Cox Tan-Ngo, Vice President & Clinical Specialist
Mr. Tan-Ngo is a Respiratory Therapist, having graduated from the Bouve College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Northeastern University in Boston MA in September 2001. Given the school’s emphasis on co-operative programming, Mr. Tan-Ngo has been working in this field since 1995, with a focus on sleep medicine and respiratory services over the last few years.

Josephine Ching, Office Manager
Ms. Ching completed her Master of Business Administration at the University of Santa Clara CA. She has extensive administrative and general business experience, including several years with another homecare company.
