We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments.
CPAP/BiPAP equipment are prescription items and are considered to be medical necessities for prescribed patients, and is therefore non-taxable. However, some of the accessories for CPAP therapy are not considered as medical necessities by the Canadian government and are taxable.
CPAP, APAP, and Bi-Level require a prescription before it can be purchased. Patients are required to submit their prescription to Clinical Sleep Solutions by mail, email, or fax. Clinical Sleep Solutions reserves the right to contact the referring physician or sleep lab to confirm the prescription prior to shipping out the order.
All the CPAP units and Humidifiers come with a standard 3 Year Manufacturer warranty. CPAP Masks have a standard 90 Day Manufacturer warranty. In Canada, replacement warranties are provided for 3 years which may be different from other countries such as the United States. Please review the individual policies of the different manufacturers below for more detail. Any products that needs to be replaced under warranty, please contact us first to report the problem and a RMA# will be issued to you for the return of the product.
Devilbiss warrants that their CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP units and humidifiers be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years. For Devilbiss masks, there is a 90 day warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, and other defects not related to material or workmanship.
Fisher & Paykel
Fisher & Paykel’s CPAP units are backed by a 3 year standard warranty and only by replacement to for quality assurance. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, and other defects not related to material or workmanship.
Respironics, Inc. warrants that their products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years for CPAP/BiPAP units and Humidifiers. For Respironics masks there is a 90 day warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, and other defects not related to material or workmanship.
Warranty is only limited to when the product fails under conditions of normal use. The limited warranty does not cover the follow:
- Any damage caused as a result of improper use, abuse, modification or alteration of the product.
- Repairs carried out by any service organization that has not been expressly authorized by ResMed to perform such repairs.
- Any damage or contamination due to cigarette, pipe, cigar or other smoke.
- Any damage caused by water being spilled on or into a flow generator.
Why we ask for your Postal Code
Prior to viewing the prices, we ask you for your postal code so that we can calculate your shipping and see if you qualify for complimentary shipping.
We currently only ship items within Canada. We offer free ground shipping to all Canadian Provinces on all orders with a minimum purchase of $100. We ship through Canada Post Expedited mail unless otherwise specified. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for orders to be processed. Items on back order through the manufacturers are beyond our control and may take an extra 1 to 2 weeks. We ship orders complete.
Clinical Sleep Solutions will NOT accept any returns on any mask or supplies unopened or opened, except for warranty replacement. Masks, parts and accessories are a FINAL SALE. No Return or Exchanges. For CPAP/BiPAP units, we will accept returns for opened boxes within 30 days of the original ship date. However, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original price and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Clinical Sleep Solutions will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for trouble shooting and then, if required, an RMA# will be issued to you via email. Please note that Clinical Sleep Solutions Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred warranty returns.
